It is only work when your stomach is empty. For example in the early morning you can drink green tea without sugar. It is help to the metabolism and burn fat . It also fit your body when you get up early and drink green tea without sugar. And main is doing fasting by this method is fast for 16 hours and eating food 8 hours in a day. 
Avoid :
  • Processes food.

  • Packed food.

  • Refined.
